Classroom Naturals: Writers Box

Create an inviting mark-making area with the Classroom Naturals Writers Box. This collection brings together more than 20 items, including bamboo pencil pots, wooden clipboards and dry-wipe wooden boards, with a handy crate for storage.

Use the resources to introduce drawing, early writing and purposeful mark making throughout your setting. Children could make signs for a pretend shop, record their ideas or use a clipboard to draw something they have observed.

The mix of boards, clipboards and pencil pots lets you arrange different writing opportunities without keeping everything at one table. Return the resources to the crate between activities to keep the collection together.
