• Recorder: explore musical sounds through blowing.
• Harmonica: discover a different musical sound and way to play.
• Whistle: add another sound-making activity to the selection.

Simple ideas for sensory play

Begin with one activity at a time. Try blowing bubbles, take turns making sounds with individually assigned instruments, or explore the difference between the recorder, harmonica and bird whistle. Let the user choose which activities they enjoy and explore at their own pace.

Choosing and using your resources

Check the age guidance, suitability, cleaning instructions and supervision requirements supplied with each item before use. Choose chewing resources according to the user's needs and the individual product's instructions.
