Weight Options:

Most sizes include two 1/2 lb. weights and four 1/4 lb. weights, totalling 2 lbs (approx. 1kg).
XX-Small includes four 1/4 lb. weights, totalling 1 lb (approx. 0.5kg).

Safety Guidelines:

Use under the direction and advice of an occupational therapist or qualified professional.
Jacket weight should not exceed 5% of the user's body weight unless advised differently by an occupational therapist.
Weights should be evenly distributed across the jacket.
Use under supervision at all times.
Not recommended for use with other weighted products.
Do not sleep in a weighted jacket.
Regularly check for signs of wear and tear.

Usage Recommendations:

The vest should not be worn during active play such as running, jumping, or turning upside down.
It is recommended to wear the jacket for periods of around 20 to 40 minutes, followed by a rest period of the same duration.
